Specialist, Insurance CZ & SK (Prague, CZ)

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance Business, or related field.
• Experience in insurance operations, sales support, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, pricing, commissions, and regulatory compliance (IDD) represents an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Fluent in Czech and Slovak; strong English skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.

What you’ll do

• Provide operational support to Insurance Experts, Area Sales Managers, and different other stakeholders in Czech Republic and Slovakia, including recalculation of insurance offers and achieving sales, cost, and quality targets.
• Conduct bi-annual business review meetings with key insurance partners in CZ and SK to discuss pricing, targets, and bonuses.
• Manage and reconcile insurance premium and commission payments between BMW Financial Services, insurance companies, and BMW Group dealers on a regular basis.
• Monitor market competition, insurance products, pricing, and campaigns to identify business opportunities and support product enhancement and marketing activities.
• Deliver regular training sessions for dealer salesmen on insurance products and collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop insurance marketing materials.
• Support compliance management for insurance licensing in CZ and SK, including organizing external insurance training and adhering to regulatory requirements (IDD legislation).
• Assist in implementing the Insurance Strategy, and integration of insurance products into new retail platforms.
