What you’ll do
- Understand the customers business needs and how Adform products help customer reach their goals.
- Drive Adform's commercial success by retaining and growing customer relationships and increase relevant product adoption.
- Be a proactive advisor towards the customer, consult on best practice solutions to meet their goals & objectives.
- Manage new client onboarding and new product rollout for existing clients, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines & technical specifications.
- Represent the client needs towards Adform product teams and collaborate with account management and customer success leadership to efficiently escalate relevant topics.
- Proactively educate customers, ensuring optimum platform knowledge and usage on the local market.
About the position
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Revenue & Operations team in Prague. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Customer Success & Publishers and be responsible for fostering customer success by understanding clients' business needs and demonstrating how Adform's innovative products can help them achieve their goals.
