Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of training and hands-on experience)
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, software development workflows, and infrastructure concepts, preferably within the Test lab domain or a similar environment
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks and drive them through to completion
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and leading workstreams to successful delivery
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to act as an effective conduit between technical teams, product stakeholders, and leadership

What you’ll do

• Lead DevOps coordination, prioritization, and release execution across tools, workflows, and support channels
• Translate product and architecture needs into actionable DevOps execution while aligning stakeholders and resolving ambiguity
• Ensure product quality through validation, tooling support, and continuous improvement of delivery and testing processes
• Own and manage DevOps infrastructure, systems, and environments, including servers, VMs, networking, and lifecycle maintenance
• Manage DevOps assets, licensing, and hardware resources to support operational and development needs
• Lead the evolution and management of development tooling, repositories, and build environments, including migration and modernization initiatives
• Ensure DevOps-related IT infrastructure is aligned with security, compliance, and corporate policy requirements
• Contribute to the definition of strategic vision for DevOps and Testlab infrastructure, ensuring long-term sustainability, evolution, and knowledge continuity
• Work closely with other Product Advocates to balance priorities and negotiate the use of limited DevOps capacity across multiple products and organizational goals
