Who we’re looking for
- You have at least a high school degree
- You have at least 5 years in logistics or shop floor management (automotive preferred)
- You have strong understanding of warehouse operations and TPS principles
- You are practical, logical and with a hands-on approach
- You are well organised, and your flexibility makes you a perfect team player
- You have proven leadership and analytical skills
- You are stress resistance and good personal organization competences to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- You have strong communication and negotiation attitude in an assertive but diplomatic way to reach consensus and get buy-in
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Experience with AS400 is asset.
- You are willing to work in 2 shifts
- You are fluent in Czech (native or C1) and English

What you’ll do
- Safety First Lead a zero-risk culture with proactive safety patrols and incident reporting
- Promote ergonomic improvements and safe machine operations
- Quality Assurance Deliver top-tier service to over 100 Toyota & Lexus retailers
- Analyze root causes and implement countermeasures using TBP/5-step approach
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs (e.g. sorting errors, damages)
- Operations Management Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and daily warehouse flow
- Plan resources and monitor operational KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement through kaizen and TPS tools
- People Development Build versatile teams through training and skill matrix planning
- Conduct performance appraisals and support career growth
- Ensure strong communication and adherence to Toyota values
- Cost Control Optimize use of equipment, manpower, and materials
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Manage fleet and daily resource planning
