Who we’re looking for
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with complex projects
- Experience working with Figma
- Experience working with design systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX designer, product designer, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute user research
- Design and prototype websites and applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, product owners, business analysts, process intelligence specialists, and UX researchers
- Present your deliverables to key stakeholders and facilitate discussions
- Mentor and educate other UX professionals and enthusiasts
- Help evolve UX practices into the age of AI
