Who we’re looking for

• ČKAIT or ČKA authorization
• Proven experience in Investor’s Technical Supervision on larger construction projects
• Experience with projects of at least 15,000 m² GFA in the field of residential buildings or shopping centres
• Independent and well-organized working style
• Professional approach and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in English for international communication.
• Proficiency in Czech (minimum B2 level).
• Right to work in the Czech Republic.
• University degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field

What you’ll do

• Leading and coordinating the Investor’s Technical Supervision team on the project
• Representing the investor in monitoring the quality, scope and progress of construction works
• Supervising compliance of the works with project documentation, contractual conditions, schedule and budget
• Coordinating communication between all parties involved in the construction process
• Participating in site meetings, project meetings and technical coordination meetings
• Monitoring the project schedule, identifying risks and proposing corrective measures
• Managing and reviewing project documentation, meeting minutes, reports and technical documents
