Senior Site Manager

Who we’re looking for

• Extensive experience in site management for electrical / infrastructure projects
• Strong track record in installation & commissioning execution
• Proven leadership of large international teams
• Strong skills in planning and cost control
• Strong commitment to safety leadership

What you’ll do

• lead all on-site activities for large/complex project site work
• ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements
• maintain a detailed and up-to-date construction Health and Safety (H&S) plan with respect to each work package
• lead end-to-end site execution – from mobilization to commissioning and final handover
• define and drive execution strategy for installation and commissioning activities
• manage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
• ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements
• oversee installation, testing, and commissioning performance
• drive cost control, planning, and risk & opportunity management
• act as the primary customer interface on site
• ensure complete documentation and project closure
