Who we’re looking for

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent Engineering degree.
• Experience in development of Warehouse Execution Systems / Warehouse Management Systems is desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in QA role with hands-on in Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or Similar
• ECI/CD exposure (Jenkins, Azure, DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in QA tools, techniques, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and focus on continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Software Quality Assurance (SQA) plans. Ensure that software life cycle processes comply with applicable standards and plans.
• Process Monitoring and Compliance: Continuously monitor software life cycle process activities to ensure they are under control. Perform audits to verify compliance with Software Configuration Management Plans and other quality standards.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects during the testing phase. Ensure discovered defects are corrected and open issues are resolved.
• Testing and Validation: Experience in Manual and Automation Testing, independently leading QA activities, ensuring high quality releases, effectively validating complex scenarios. Develop and execute test cases as per requirements. Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing to validate software performance in real-world scenarios. Record and analyze bugs identified during testing phases.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on testing activities, defects, and overall software quality. Maintain accurate records of software QA activities, including test results and configuration management records.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development teams to ensure baseline code is available for validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of bugs and issues. Provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software QA professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality software solutions.
