Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, with a strong focus on warehouse operations and/or warehouse process improvement
- Strong knowledge of warehouse outbound processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, order fulfilment, and system integrations
- Experience in process optimization and performance management frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including working closely with teams in data science, operations, IT, and customer service to develop and implement solutions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset and ability to extract meaningful insights from datasets and create actionable reports
- Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects and address challenges across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably leading or supporting large-scale system rollouts (e.g., WMS 2.0 design, testing, implementation, and optimization)
- Proficient in English - mandatory ; German, Polish, Czech, Russian would be a plus
What you’ll do
- Outbound System / Process Ownership: Responsible for designing, improving and monitoring all warehouse outbound processes / systems, ensuring seamless integration with warehouse operations
- Works cross-functionally to ensure alignment between outbound metrics/initiatives with Supply Chain goals
- Provides ongoing user support and troubleshooting for outbound processes / systems issues to minimize operational disruptions
- Outbound Performance Management: Tracks and monitors outbound KPIs focusing on safety, quality, speed, and productivity
- Build and owns project portfolio to ensures outbound KPIs continuous improvements in performance year-over-year (YoY) meeting organizational goals for operational efficiency
- WMS 2.0: Lead the design, testing, and implementation of WMS 2.0 processes across warehouses, ensuring alignment with operational and business requirements
- Provide operational support during go-live and stabilization phases, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to outbound performance
- Act as key liaison between system users, project teams, and leadership for all WMS 2.0–related communications and issue resolution
- Outbound Standards and Documentation: Leads the development and continuous improvement of outbound process standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Regularly reviews and updates documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the warehouse operations
- Ensures that all warehouse staff members are trained and kept up to date with SOPs and system changes
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize data to proactively identify patterns and trends that can highlight improvements of warehouse outbound
- Drives continuous process improvements by analysing data, collecting feedback, and implementing lessons learned from past projects
- Reviews industry best practices to integrate new methodologies and technologies into the outbound processes
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Leads cross-functional meetings and provides guidance on best practices to enhance outbound efficiency
- Own E2E communication related to outbound improvements projects - performance, milestones, risks
- Develops/delivers training to ensure relevant teams are proficient in outbound systems, tools, and SOPs
- Serve as primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding warehouse outbound queries and performance
