Who we’re looking for
- Engineer with university degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management
- Formal project management education and/or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (CAPM, PMP, or PgMP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continuous improvement attitude
- Strong and thorough knowledge of technical tools specific to Project Management, as well as knowledge of general engineering tools. Experienced MS Project user
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams
- Ability to form strong teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Proactive, resilient, and self-confident
- Good English knowledge, verbal and written (also for presenting)
What you’ll do
- Manage a footprint projects portfolio of medium to high complexity initiatives that span across multiple production sites and countries.
- Adherence to project management process and contribute on PRS Global Footprint Strategy execution
- Maximize PjM performance, profitability, competitiveness, and customer Expectations in adherence to PMO KPI’s
- Work in a cross-functional environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Manage project risk, compliance, and enterprise governance.
- Create & maintain the footprint roadmap for her / his responsible sites.
- Support Operation Leader and Factory Managers by completing the projects on time and communicating them proactively
- Support the business with in-sourcing / out-sourcing production lines and the production capacity rightsizing projects
- Direct cross-functional project team members at sending and receiving sites (Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance…) and take full accountable to the Project Approval Committee (PAC) for designated projects.
- Promote and support an atmosphere of continuous improvement in compliance with (TEOA) approach (through leading and contributing in Kaizen events, Improving team’s capabilities)
- Support on driving the PMO best Practices and establish Dynamic Lessons learned routines with processes and workflows adjustments
- Contribute on Building a creative, innovative, and agile project management organization
