Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, or UX Design.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including responsive web, Android, and iOS.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, layout, iconography, and interaction design.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience applying User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies and UX best practices.
• Hands-on experience with usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, accessibility, and design validation.
• Proven ability to use data and research to support design decisions and recommendations.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and problem-solving approach.

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end user journeys and experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and design documentation.
• Advocate for consistent user experiences and design standards across products.
• Support user research activities, including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate design decisions through data, user feedback, testing, and evidence-based research.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA specialists.
• Present design solutions and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly explaining rationale and trade-offs.
• Gather and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and consistency across teams.
• Participate in design team rituals, workshops, reviews, and collaborative sessions.
