What you’ll do

- maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- emphasizing planning efficiency, contractual performance, and service business development
- Planning and organizing service capacity within the assigned region
- Coordinating the work of service technicians
- Actively communicating with and supporting existing customers
- Identifying upselling opportunities (spare parts, service agreements, modernization)
- Service sales
- Collaborating with the New sales team, Head of Service and Execution team on growth strategy
- Monitoring performance, cost efficiency, and profitability of the service Branch
