Responsibilities / Tasks The Senior Manager Service Heating & Refrigeration Technologies CZ will report to the Service Director. The main purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations of the assigned regional service team, plan service capacity, coordinate technicians, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. This position combines operational management with a strong focus on sales to the existing customer base – emphasizing planning efficiency, contractual performance, and service business development.
