What you’ll do
- Lead Transportation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive transportation plans, optimizing routes, costs, and service levels to support business objectives.
- Manage Carrier Relationships: Spearhead negotiations with logistics partners, manage contracts, and monitor carrier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily inbound and outbound transport operations, ensuring full compliance with customs, safety, and transportation regulations.
- Analyze and Optimize: Utilize data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze transport costs and efficiency, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance performance.

You will play a crucial role in optimizing our transportation strategy to meet the dynamic demands of the beauty industry. *Position is located in our distribution center in Jažlovice with occasional visits of our HQ in Prague 5 - Anděl. From next year, position will be 100% located at our HQ in Anděl.
