Who we’re looking for
- 5–7 years of hands-on Cornerstone Galaxy configuration.
- Strong CSOD configuration experience across modules.
- Experience setting up standard connectors and/or
- Proven expertise in integrations (API, JSON/XML, SFTP, automated file feeds).
- Understanding of HR processes (Learning, Talent Management, Performance).
- Experience with SDLC and GxP processes..
- Ability to manage vendors and collaborate with IT/network/security teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities.
What you’ll do
- Configure and customize the Cornerstone Galaxy platform including any integrations to and from the platform.
- Manage workflows, page configurations, permissions, and automation rules.
- Lead SIT/UAT cycles for enhancements, releases, and new configurations.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain process documentation and configuration control.
- Coordinate with IT teams ,external vendors, internal stakeholders including Learning operations and Quality teams
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and access control standards.
- Support mass data loads, interface scheduling, and system sync activities.
- Coordinate release management and roadmap planning with CSOD teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards, compliance reports, and analytics within CSOD.
- Ensure adherence to internal data governance, role-based access, and security frameworks.
About the position
We are looking for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Technical and Functional Analyst who brings end-to-end expertise across configuration, integrations, technical enhancements, and project delivery. The role requires strong hands-on experience with CSOD Galaxy, the ability to manage integrations with HRIS and external platforms, along with effective vendor and stakeholder management skills. You will be the central point of ownership for the LMS platform evolution, ensuring smooth system performance, reliable integrations, and successful delivery of enhancements and HR technology initiatives.
