Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Experience in the medical device industry, clinical research, field clinical engineering, sales support, or as a cardiac physiologist.
- Hands-on experience in electrophysiology (EP) ablation procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with physicians and clinical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel within Europe.
What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day execution of clinical trials within your assigned territory, ensuring sites are prepared, supported, and engaged throughout the study lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investigators and site staff, providing clinical, technical, and procedural expertise.
- Support site qualification, initiation, and enrollment readiness activities, including IRB support and investigator training.
- Deliver hands-on technical support during electrophysiology (EP) procedures and follow-up visits, working directly in cath lab and clinical environments.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with physicians and clinical teams, supporting sustained engagement in clinical programs.
- Lead clinical initiatives and projects, contributing to continuous improvement of study execution and site performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal clinical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders to ensure aligned and effective trial delivery.

The position offers strong visibility within an international clinical organization and exposure to European-level clinical programs. The role is based in the Czech Republic and requires regular travel within Czechia and across Europe to support clinical activities. Work mode: Remote, with up to 50% travel.
