Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years experience with scripting automation tests - integration level
- 3+ years experience with Python
- Automation framework design and development experience
- Understanding of the testing and development life cycle methodologies
- Knowledge of Rest API testing and SQL
- Knowledge of AWS services
- Good Git usage experience
- Experience with Selenium/Playwright
- AI experience
- Strong analytical skills and commitment to continuous testing improvement
- Knowledge of the financial industry and trading systems is a plus
What you’ll do
- Build, maintain and execute contract tests for integration tests. (pact.io)
- Run automated tests and analyze the results.
- Use and involve AI tools to the testing framework to make the work faster and more efficient.
- Suggest improvements for the product and its usability by working in the POD (Product-Oriented Delivery) framework
- Work with other testers to help them learn new skills and improve their testing tools.
About the position
We are currently seeking a self-motivated, creative, and talented Senior Automation Test Engineer to enhance the quality of our trading applications through automated integration testing. In this role, you will primarily focus on creating contract tests between components using the Pact framework. Additionally, leveraging AI will be a core part of your daily workflow as we continue to drive our 'shift-left' initiatives.
