Who we’re looking for
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Team Leader in software development
- Solid technical background and understanding of software development principles (programming experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools
- Intere st in artificial intelligence and experience with AI tools is an advantag
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills in English
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as part of the team
What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional development team
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support the team in removing impediments and improving processes
- Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance
- Track progress, manage risks, and report on project status
- Coach team members in agile methodologies and best practices
- Support the professional growth of team members
- Promote the use of AI tools within the team and explore their potential to improve development processes
About the position
At our Siemens R&D Center we are focused on product development including software development, hardware development, mechanical design, and testing for the next generation concept of Industry 4.0. We would like to invite you to cooperate on the development of industrial automation products within e stablished, stable, and successful development project „ET 200 IO´s“. Within this project, we have initiated the development of internal, universally reusable software components.
