Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from conception to launch
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/SAFE environment
• Familiarity with various product management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Extensive experience in the Salesforce platform, Sales and Service Clouds

What you’ll do

• Define and prioritize product backlog items (user stories, epics) based on strategic importance and customer value
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, designers, and business units, to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions during the development lifecycle
• Conduct end-user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to continuously improve user satisfaction and business outcomes
• Ensure that the development team understands the vision, goals, and desired outcomes of the product
• Communicate product updates, progress, demos and challenges to stakeholders regularly

About the position
