Who we’re looking for
- Min. 5 years of experience in process management, Sales Operations, or Business Excellence
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Knowledge in process mapping and moderating process meetings
- Knowledge in data mining and tools beneficial
- Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement is a plus
- Strong communication skills and structured working style
- Fluent English
What you’ll do
- Analyze existing Sales processes and identify harmonization opportunities
- Develop standardized E2E processes (e.g., quotation process, pricing approval, data maintenance)
- Document processes and contribute to training concepts
- Ensure process compliance within the hub and EMEA Sales organization
- Professionalize sales: Knowledge Management and Best Practice Build up
- Collaborate closely with IT, Sales Excellence Project team, Key Account Management, SC and Controlling
