Who we’re looking for
- Fundamental experience in OEM Sales
- Demonstrated hunter mentality and drive for results
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding in Energy context and Applications
- Willingness to travel extensively across the CEE and the Balkan region
- Multilingual proficiency (English and preferably Czech, or other)
What you’ll do
- Drive OEM sales across Czechia, Eastern Europe and the Balkan region with a strong hunter mentality
- Leverage a solid technical background to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize deep knowledge of market dynamics, business models, and OEM ecosystems to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key OEM clients
- Use your established network to accelerate business development and strengthen market presence
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from development to delivery
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through a customer-centric approach
- Proactively identify high-potential growth areas and convert opportunities into new client relationships
- Drive business development by targeting untapped markets and expanding our footprint
