Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Czech (both spoken and written). Additional languages (e.g., Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic) are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
• Results-driven, proactive team player with a passion for luxury fashion, footwear, and accessories.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

What you’ll do

• Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver a personalized and memorable luxury customer service experience.
• Proactively recruit new clients and maintain a strong personal client book.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with local and international customers through consistent follow-ups.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Jimmy Choo collections, materials, and trends.
• Share the brand’s heritage and story enthusiastically with clients.
• Act as a role model, embodying the sophisticated, glamorous, and stylish image of Jimmy Choo.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, including stock management, inventory, and replenishment.
• Maintain strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the boutique looks pristine.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and follow cash-handling procedures.
