• Ability to conduct polite, structured, and goal‑oriented calls with various project roles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Experience in call centers, administration, or customer communication is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of construction is welcome.
• Resilience to rejection and strong professionalism.
• Team spirit and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

• Performing telephone verification of planned and ongoing construction projects in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
• Contacting investors, designers, general contractors, and other project participants.
• Following methodology, call scripts, GDPR communication, and professional standards.
• Entering collected data into the internal RSM system and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Regularly updating project statuses.
• Cooperating with the team to enhance data quality.
