Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing teams in research, content, operations, or similar environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work under pressure.
- Experience guiding research or content teams, and ideally exposure to setting up new teams or functions.
- A track record of delivering research or data projects to time, quality, and budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A positive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
What you’ll do
- You’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of our research and content function, ensuring we consistently deliver accurate, timely, and high‑value insights to the market.
- Lead and develop a team of subject‑matter experts to ensure our products meet customer needs and quality standards.
- Manage resource allocation across in‑house teams and outsourced partners to deliver efficiently and at scale.
- Oversee quality control processes and continuously strengthen our research methodologies.
- Ensure research outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with evolving customer demands.
- Identify opportunities to expand datasets and introduce new content streams or research formats.
- Support new product development through customer insight and deep market understanding.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance targets are achieved — and intervening quickly where needed.
- Provide regular reporting and operational updates to the Director of Content.
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and pride in delivery.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of our operations.
- Share insights with internal teams to improve products, coverage, and customer value.
- Mentor and develop managers and team members, creating clear succession paths.
- Lead regular team meetings, reviews, and coaching conversations.
- Foster a positive, supportive, high‑performance environment where people can grow.
