Who we’re looking for
- Communication skills (ability to adapt communication and know how to deal with people from middle and top management – most of the communication is internal)
- Fluent English is essential (any additional language is an advantage)
- University degree
- Good Excel knowledge (and willingness to work with the tool)
- Strong attention to detail/quality
- Ability to make effective decisions independently, to take initiative and be proactive (coming with suggestions, gathering information and use them for future actions)
- Ability to prioritize, complete tasks efficiently, follow the procedures independently with a high degree of accuracy to meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Industry familiarity (logistics / freight forwarding) is a plus.
What you’ll do
- Execute a process to validate all the new sales claims for the assigned region.
- Ensure the rules for sales revenue recognition are being followed.
- Coordinate a process and communication across the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments.
- Report the monthly net revenue for the sales teams in the region.
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Generate local sales reports and provide support as required by Regional Sales Management.
- Provide additional support for all COE initiatives as needed.
- Work with existing sales reports, maintain, periodically update and interpret them.
- Work with our BI tool (Qlik).
