Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Process or Industrial Engineering or related technical disciplines/ equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in selling machine tools (cutting technologies preferred)
- Understanding of product specifications, product processes and cutting technologies in various applications
- Entrepreneurial skill and ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Fluency in Czech, Russian and English, additional Eastern European languages are a strong asset
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
What you’ll do
- Responsible for the achievement of sales Targets, revenue and gross margin in the region.
- Actively win, retain and grow the business in Eastern Europe region
- Manage, support and expand the local sales network including agents and finders.
- Managing existing customers and developing new business in target industries
- Competently advise customers and train sales partners on products and applications of the technology
- Independently negotiate with customers within corporate guidelines
- Majority of working time spent on visiting customers
- Sales analyses and planning in cooperation with marketing
- Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior management
