Who we’re looking for
- Education: Relevant education in quality management, business administration, a technical field, or a related area is an advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience in the quality area within a manufacturing company is essential; experience in the automotive industry and/or Q&HSE or process management is considered a strong advantage
- Required Skills:Strong project management and organizational capabilitiesAbility to build relationships and collaborate effectively in international teamsHigh level of self-motivation with the ability to inspire and drive othersProactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail and structured way of workingFluent in English (technical language, written and spoken)Understanding of IATF 16949 requirements is a great plusSolid MS Office skills

What you’ll do
- Drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of globally implemented Q&HSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) processes, methods, and tools.
- Collaborate with business units and plant teams to develop and refine global standards and templates.
- Build and maintain a strong global network of subject matter experts to proactively manage and advance assigned topics.
- Lead the implementation and further development of IT solutions that enable standardized and efficient work practices across all locations.
- Define, track, and continuously enhance meaningful KPIs to support performance transparency and improvement.
- Deliver global training, provide expert guidance, and act as a trusted partner for stakeholders impacted by Q&HSE tools

Join our global Q&HSE team and play a key role in shaping and continuously improving standardized processes, tools, and systems across MANN+HUMMEL. In this position, you will drive harmonization, support digitalization initiatives, and collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations worldwide.
