Who we’re looking for

• Proficiency in Python programming (experience with Java and C/C++ is also a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and RESTful API frameworks (e.g., Flask)
• Expertise with Apache Kafka and its role in messaging and streaming systems
• Solid understanding of NoSQL database such as Apache Cassandra, ScyllaDB, Apache Druid, or HBase
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or experience with AI agents, model serving (e.g., FastAPI, Ray Serve), or MCP-style architectures is a plus
• Knowledge of the Linux and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Experience with version control systems like Git

What you’ll do

• back-end development
• managing terabytes of data on distributed storage systems such as Impala, ScyllaDB, and Apache Druid
• working with messaging systems like Apache Kafka, querying data using SQL or in-house alternatives
• processing data in parallel using tools like Apache Spark and Flink
• design, implement, and maintain scalable data workflows and pipelines that drive our data-driven decisions
• collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient handling and transformation of massive datasets, enhancing our detection systems
• build monitoring and automation pipelines to streamline data processing
• have the opportunity to contribute to the design and integration of AI-driven components, such as machine learning pipelines, AI agents, or model-serving infrastructure (e.g., model-serving or MCP-based systems), to enhance detection capabilities and automation (e.g., anomaly detection, threat classification, or automated investigation workflows)
