Who we’re looking for
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in automation, system integration, digital transformation, or solution architecture
- Exposure to business processes in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Hands-on knowledge of UiPath or comparable RPA platforms, SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA, APIs, and integration technologies
- AI Agent concepts and orchestration frameworks, Azure Cloud and AI services and workflow automation platforms is a plus
- Strong technical curiosity and systems thinking
- Outstanding communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences - ability to bridge business and technology
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
What you’ll do
- Take technical ownership for the operation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of RPA, AI, and automation solutions within Purchasing
- Ensure stable and reliable operations by managing incident resolution, root cause analysis, user support, and continuous optimization of existing digital solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solution concepts and coordinate the implementation with internal IT and external development partners
- Evaluate, introduce, and govern new technologies in the areas of SAP, RPA, AI Agents, APIs, Document Intelligence, and Process Mining
- Support the transformation from traditional rule-based automation towards intelligent, agent-based AI solutions, ensuring scalability, operational excellence, and long-term business value
