Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in similar roles in construction, technical coordination, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of sampling processes and material approval workflows.
- Understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Knowledge of BREEAM, WELL, and EU Taxonomy principles is an advantage.
- Experience with Dalux or similar CDE environments is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of construction legislation.
- Proficiency in English and Czech at minimum B1 level.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Eligible to work in Czech Republic.
- Relevant qualification in a construction-related field.
What you’ll do
- Lead all sampling activities throughout the construction phase.
- Coordination of the sampling process between the general contractor, investor, architect, and other consultants.
- Ensure materials meet: - Project technical specifications. - BREEAM and WELL certification standards. - EU Taxonomy principles as per contractual agreements with the general contractor.
- Oversee the sampling process in Dalux / CDE platforms.
- Organise and coordinate physical sampling, including planning meetings, sample approvals, and quality checks of execution.
- Maintain sample rooms and mock-up areas to support project delivery.
