Who we’re looking for
- Fluent German (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to obtain and verify information from various project roles (Architect, Bauherr, General Contractor, Project Manager).
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Experience in call centers, administration, or research is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
What you’ll do
- Verifying construction project information in Switzerland via phone and email.
- Contacting architects, investors, project offices, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Gathering information about project status, timeline, contacts, and involved companies.
- Entering collected data into the internal RSM system.
- Updating project status regularly based on available information.
- Cooperating with the team to improve data quality.
