Who we’re looking for
- Technical understanding: You don’t need to be a developer, but you must understand how software is built and be comfortable discussing technical topics.
- Strong prioritization skills: You can make decisions. You know how to balance short-term needs with long-term direction.
- Organizational skills: You keep structured backlogs, priorities, and releases.
- Ownership mindset: You don’t wait for instructions. You see problems and solve them.
What you’ll do
- Own the backlog: You manage and prioritize the backlog. You decide what gets built next and why.
- Shape the roadmap: Plan releases, define priorities, and keep a clear view of where the product is heading.
- Bridge business and engineering: Translate real-world needs into clear, actionable tasks for developers. Make sure both sides understand each other.
- Keep development on track: Work closely with the Software Development Team Lead and CEO to ensure tasks are well-defined and priorities are clear.
- Focus on impact: Every feature should have a clear purpose. If it doesn’t bring value to the end user, it doesn’t get built.
- Coordinate across teams: Act as the connection point between business, development and technical support.
