Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Producer in a game development studio
• Strong project management skills with a track record of shipping complex projects
• Experience working with UI teams in a game development context
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track simultaneously
• Strong communication skills – proactive, assertive, and able to drive discussions and decisions
• English at a level required for daily team communication
• Willingness to work onsite in Prague

What you’ll do

• Lead production for three UI support teams (~18 people) delivering tasks for cross-disciplinary task forces
• Plan, prioritize, and track all UI-related tasks, features, and assets across the teams
• Cooperate with Senior Producers on asset and feature production by creating filters, lists, tables, overviews, Gantt charts, roadmaps, etc.
• Take ownership of entrusted development areas and closely follow their progress – make sure all tasks are on track
• Continuously identify and evaluate risks (issues, roadblocks, ineffective workflows or communication, etc.) and share them with the rest of the Production team
• JIRA and Confluence administration, according to project standards
• Mentor and support junior team members where applicable
• Act as a key communication hub between the UI teams, task forces, and the wider production department
