Principal Salesforce Architect

Who we’re looking for

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, DevOps, or CI/CD engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in AutoRABIT ARM and nCino platform architecture .
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and Salesforce ecosystems .
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Strong troubleshooting and system optimization skills in complex, multi-org environments.
• Experience applying AI/automation to improve delivery, operations, or customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a global, remote-first environment.
• Excellent English

What you’ll do

• In partnership with our Customer Success team: Serve as the lead architect for strategic customer engagements, focusing on nCino and ARM implementations .
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and re-architect customer environments to improve performance, scalability, and reliability .
• Partner directly with customers to ensure successful adoption of AutoRABIT products.
• Act as the banking domain SME , providing guidance on best practices for CI/CD in financial services.
• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives within banking customers using AutoRABIT products and services.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on customer insights and architectural gaps.
• Contribute to thought leadership by writing blogs, whitepapers, and technical content.
• Support pre-sales and expansion opportunities by demonstrating technical value and architectural vision.
• Travel globally to support key customer engagements and strategic initiatives.
