Who we’re looking for
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Native Czech or Polish with German at B2 level or above
- English level at B2 level or above
What you’ll do
- Managing insurance contracts in internal systems (renewals, updates, cancellations)
- Monitoring receivables and ensuring smooth communication within the team
- Responding to emails and handling requests from clients, partners, and internal departments
- Communicating with business partners and customers
- Supporting the administration of the business network (e.g. authority registrations, access management)
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
