People Manager

What you’ll do

• support our Czech business across the full employee lifecycle
• helping new joiners have a great first experience at Aevi
• supporting managers with people matters
• coordinating payroll activities
• ensuring our People processes run smoothly
• work closely with employees, managers, and the wider global People team, acting as a trusted point of contact and helping to turn People policies into practical, people-focused solutions
• contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, support learning and development, and help make Aevi a great place to work
