Who we’re looking for
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Transactional Procurement and Shared Services, at least 5 years as a must
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
- Experience with ERP and SRM systems, ideally SAP
- Proven record of driving process improvements and change management.
- Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent French and English is a must; additional European languages are an advantage.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the main contact between business stakeholders and P2P Operations.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead governance meetings.
- Deliver end-user training and support process adoption.
- Manage escalations and drive issue resolution.
- Monitor P2P KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support change management and transformation projects.
- Act as the country focal point for process and system changes, including testing and implementation activities.
