Who we’re looking for
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum secondary school education with a graduation exam
- 1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment/order management/customer service with hands-on order handling, truck booking, and customer communication
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive approach
- Ability to follow processes and guidelines
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and customer understanding
- Emotionally mature, reliable, and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions
What you’ll do
- Process sales orders accurately and on time (SAP registration, pricing checks, goods allocation, backorder management)
- Manage deliveries with 3PLs (delivery updates, scheduling with warehouse/carriers, delivery follow-up, shipment/export documentation)
- Meet the company’s TPW cost targets
- Register and manage complaints, follow up on solutions, and provide feedback to customers
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Conduct sales data analysis, pricing reviews, and updates on stock availability
- Monitor sales plan performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit Controllers, Demand Planners, and W&D teams
