Order Fulfillment Specialist with English for Philips TV&Audio (m/f/d)Verified as a real position

Who we’re looking for

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum secondary school education with a graduation exam
• 1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment/order management/customer service with hands-on order handling, truck booking, and customer communication
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive approach
• Ability to follow processes and guidelines
• Problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills and customer understanding
• Emotionally mature, reliable, and a team player
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions

What you’ll do

• Process sales orders accurately and on time (SAP registration, pricing checks, goods allocation, backorder management)
• Manage deliveries with 3PLs (delivery updates, scheduling with warehouse/carriers, delivery follow-up, shipment/export documentation)
• Meet the company’s TPW cost targets
• Register and manage complaints, follow up on solutions, and provide feedback to customers
• Participate in cross-functional projects
• Conduct sales data analysis, pricing reviews, and updates on stock availability
• Monitor sales plan performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit Controllers, Demand Planners, and W&D teams
