ASSA ABLOY is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager in Prague to lead service operations and installations for automatic pedestrian doors. The role includes optimizing processes, coordinating field teams, ensuring service quality, developing delivery strategies, meeting performance targets, creating technician training, and automating the service sales cycle. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, proven experience in service, aftersales, or operations, and experience managing multiple departments. Technical expertise, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and communicative English are required. Corporate experience is an advantage. Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in service, aftersales or operations
- Experience in managing multiple departments
- Technical proficiency and the ability to convey complex product information effectively
- Goal oriented personality with high level of strategical thinking
- English on communicative level
- Experience in corporate environment is a plus
What you’ll do
- Management of service operations and instalations
- Management and optimalization of operational processes, focusing on efficiency, performance and quality
- Coordination and support of field operations
- Oversight of quality of the service and implementation of improvement measures
- Development and strategy of service delivery
- Achievement of the established performance goals and results
- Customize a training program for Service Technicians
- Automate the service sales cycle
