Who we’re looking for
- 10+ years of marketing experience in the Medical Devices industry (pharma also acceptable), including proven leadership in managing teams and driving strategy – ideally gained in an international or multi ‑ country environment.
- Experience in Wound Care or other clinically driven therapy areas highly preferred.
- Proven capability to define regional marketing direction and steer high ‑ impact launches, adapting plans to diverse market realities and varying timelines across CEE.
- A data ‑ driven marketing mindset supported by strong analytical judgment, excellent negotiation and stakeholder ‑ management skills, and a resilient, results ‑ focused approach.
- Solid experience in market access, reimbursement, and KOL engagement in at least one market, with any broader regional exposure considered a strong advantage.
- Full‑professional proficiency in English.
What you’ll do
- Owning and developing the CEE marketing and market access strategy, ensuring strong alignment with global direction while shaping a clear, impactful regional plan.
- Leading effective launches that accelerate uptake and strengthen competitive position.
- Advancing reimbursement success and shaping market conditions through targeted pricing strategy, KOL engagement, and streamlined market access processes.
- Leading and developing a dispersed 6 ‑ person CEE marketing team to strengthen capabilities and ensure consistent, high ‑ quality execution across countries.
- Partnering with sales and business leaders to elevate customer engagement, optimize performance, and unlock new growth opportunities across the region.
