Marketing Manager

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in B2B digital marketing and campaign execution
• Professional proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English
• Hands-on experience with CRM (mandatory), Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to measure impact and present results (portfolio expected)
• Experience supporting sales or business development
• Practical, proactive mindset with ownership

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute external marketing activities with a focus on B2B lead generation
• Support the Business Development team through online marketing and CRM-driven campaigns
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including performance campaigns and employer branding
• Design and deliver campaigns with clear targets and measurable outcomes
• Organise conferences and external events in cooperation with agencies
• Manage relationships with PR and media agencies
• Coordinate external partners and agencies, including tenders for events
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, especially leads, conversion and ROI
• Cooperate on employer branding activities and broader marketing initiatives, including internal events and internal communication

About the position

We are looking for a Marketing Manager focused on external marketing with a strong B2B and digital angle. You will drive campaigns that directly support business development and generate measurable leads. This is a hands-on role where impact matters more than branding.
