Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or senior commercial role within B2B or technical environment
- Strong track record of achieving growth and delivering business targets in a complex, engineered solutions environment (not transactional sales)
- Educational background in Engineering or a related technical discipline is essential
- Experience in consultative / solution selling and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate strategy into execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent Czech

About the position
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the local sales strategy, driving sustainable growth, and leading customer engagement across key industries. You will combine strategic thinking, leadership capability, and strong commercial acumen to deliver results and build long-term partnerships with customers. As a key member of the regional structure, you will also collaborate closely with Eastern Europe Head of Sales, Leadership Team and EMEA stakeholders to ensure alignment and business success.
