Who we’re looking for
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical field
- 3+ years in manufacturing engineering / process engineering
What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for LVSA products, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality, and scalable production from material preparation through assembly, testing, and delivery
- Manufacturing Process Design & Industrialization • Define and optimize end-to-end manufacturing flow for LVSA: material preparation, mechanical assembly, copper / busbar processing, device mounting, wiring, testing and FAT • Develop scalable production concepts moving from panelbuilder style to industrial flow • Support introduction of new products / new project types
- Routing, Standard Work & Process Documentation • Create and maintain routings, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions and process parameters • Define assembly sequences and standard times • Ensure documentation is clear and usable on shopfloor
- Workplace & Line Design • Design efficient workstations for manufacturing process steps • Improve ergonomics, safety, and productivity • Support line balancing and takt-based flow where applicable
- Continuous Improvement / Productivity • Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and non-value-added work • Improve labor productivity, lead time, throughput and first-pass yield • Lead Kaizen / CI activities
- Engineering to Production Interface • Work closely with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Work Preparation • Ensure designs are manufacturable (DFM/DFA) • Provide feedback on recurring production issues
- Change Management & New Product Introduction • Support implementation of engineering changes (ECR/ECO) in production • Validate process impact of changes • Ensure controlled process updates during ramp-up or serial production
- Quality & Compliance • Support process quality controls critical characteristics (CC), special characteristics (SC), torque controls and traceability requirements • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Capacity & Performance Support • Define labor standards and process capacities • Support production planning with realistic cycle times and constraints • Monitor process KPIs and recommend improvements
