Who we’re looking for
- We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Strong experience in LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Advanced knowledge of LEAN tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Six Sigma)
- Proven track record in process optimization and productivity improvement
- Leadership and project management capabilities
- Automotive industry experience with fluent English
- Extensive experience in production systems and operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of corporate production standards and process standardization
- Proven leadership in strategic transformation projects
- Automotive manufacturing background with compliance/audit experience
What you’ll do
- As our Lean Manager, you will:
- LEAN Manager – Role Summary:
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, implementing LEAN methodologies, optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing operational waste, increasing productivity, and supporting cost-efficiency targets through systematic process improvement.
- GPS Manager (Grammer Production System Manager) – Role Summary:
- Responsible for implementing, managing, and sustaining Grammer Production System standards, leading strategic operational excellence projects, ensuring compliance with corporate production requirements, supporting organizational transformation, and strengthening process standardization across the plant.
