Who we’re looking for
- Key Skills • Strong Workspace ONE expertise (policies/profiles, compliance, smart groups, Intelligence, automation) • • Patch/vulnerability management methods (rings, validation, remediation governance) • Troubleshooting depth across OSes and UEM components (agent, certificates, policy conflicts) • Automation: PowerShell + Bash/Python fundamentals; API usage; Git practices • PKI/SCEP fundamentals; Entra ID join and device access principles • ITIL v4 (Incident/Problem/Change) and RCA mindset; strong documentation discipline
- Nice to have: Advanced packaging and deployment engineering (Win32/MSIX, macOS pkg, mobile managed apps, scripting)
- Languages • English: at least B1 level required • French or Italian is an advantage
- Preferred Certifications • Omnissa/VMware Workspace ONE Administrator / Specialist • Jamf 200+ / 300+ • ITIL v4 Foundation • Entra ID fundamentals / security baseline exposure
- Required Experience • 3+ years in EUC/UEM/Device Management with Tier‑3 troubleshooting responsibilities • Demonstrated experience delivering standards for packaging, patching and compliance at enterprise scale
What you’ll do
- As an L3 Device Management Specialist, you are the Tier‑3 (SME) escalation point for enterprise endpoint management.
- You ensure reliable, secure and compliant management of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices by defining and enforcing standards across enrollment, policies, packaging, patching and compliance.
- While Workspace ONE tenant administration is part of the role, the primary focus is L3 engineering work: complex troubleshooting, patch/vulnerability strategy, automation at scale, and delivery governance (rings, pilots, phased rollouts).
- You lead RCA/Problem activities, secure changes through CAB discipline, and enable L2 through runbooks and coaching.
