Who we’re looking for
- Expert Microsoft 365 Collaboration: Teams (meetings/voice), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
- Strong Identity & Access fundamentals: Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC; PIM a plus); Okta/SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC) a plus
- Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API; structured troubleshooting; excellent documentation habits
- ITIL practices: Incident / Problem / Change; RCA mindset; stakeholder communication
- Zoom Admin and Adobe Admin Console; ABM is a plus
- English: at least B1 level required
- French or Italian is an advantage
What you’ll do
- As an L3 specialist, you are the technical escalation point (Tier-3/SME) for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem. You resolve major and complex incidents, drive root-cause analysis and durable fixes, and administer the collaboration tenant/platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality.
