- Proven track record with e-commerce and/or brick and mortar customers
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills

What you’ll do
- Own and develop the relationship with different customers (e-commerce, brick and mortar, FMCG)
- Define and execute a long-term account strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive sales growth and improve account profitability
- Lead commercial negotiations, including contracts and trading conditions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver results
- Use data, forecasting and KPIs to steer the business and identify opportunities
- Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
- Understand customer strategy, market trends and competitive landscape
- Optimize portfolio mix to maximize performance
- Continuously improving ways of working and execution
