Who we’re looking for
- Mastery of continuous improvement tools like DMAIC, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Exceptional change management, cross-functional collaboration , and strong communication capabilities.
What you’ll do
- Event Facilitation - Lead Kaizen workshops, Gemba walks, and targeted process improvement events on-site.
- Waste Reduction - Analyze current-state workflows, establish benchmarks using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Standardization - Establish, 5S audit, and sustain standardized work practices and 5S standards.
- KPIs Tracking - Track and report key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity (SQDC).
- Training & Culture - Coach leaders and team members, transforming them into internal continuous improvement.
About the position
A Kaizen Coordinator drives operational excellence by analyzing processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement (with internal tool Flight Deck). They facilitate workshops, coach employees, and implement Lean and 5S methodologies across organizational workflows.
