Who we’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience designing digital products
• A portfolio that demonstrates a eye for aesthetics, a strong taste for visual design, and clear application of UI/UX principles.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills to present and effectively advocate for your ideas
• Interest in visual design, user experience and ideally also branding
• Experience working with Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a nice-to-have) and exposure to user/app analytics tools to measure design impact.
• Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a proactive, collaborative team spirit
• A genuine interest in tech, emerging AI technologies, product development, and continuous self-improvement.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualize and design digital products, websites, and brands from discovery to delivery
• Drive product decisions and collaborate closely alongside Tech Leads and Product Managers
• Conduct user research to understand your users and to validate user personas
• Craft a beautiful visual direction and translate it consistently across the entire project
• Ensure adherence to UX/UI standards, elements, patterns, and specifications
• Contribute to project documentation alongside PMs and manage your design delivery based on project milestones.
• Explore new approaches, AI technologies and always be ready to learn
