What you’ll do
- Gather and document business requirements within the scope assigned by the supervisor.
- Conduct basic data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Prepare RFI/RFP documents with support from more experienced team members.
- Support in maintaining technical documentation and documentation for end-users.
- Perform supportive tasks connected with tool onboarding and decommissioning.
- Perform functional testing of applications based on provided use cases and user stories and documentation of the test results.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of integrations between systems and applications in a dedicated area of responsibility (awareness of tools and methods, performing tests, communication with dedicated experts/specialists).
- Cooperate with Project Manager, assisting in project planning and scheduling.
- Apply project management tools e.g. Asana/ClickUp/Jira. and methodologies e.g. Agile /PRINCE2.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Assist in preparing simple requests for quotes
- Verify supplier documents (e.g. invoices, offers).
- Monitor requests statuses, deadlines and report delays in cooperation with vendor.
- Prepare simple presentations and reports e.g. Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) in cooperation with internal clients.
- Respond to user inquiries, providing basic assistance, customer service.
- Plan tasks and take actions based on an applications release calendars and schedules.
- Follow internal/team release procedures accurately.
- Monitor simple indicators e.g. number of delayed tasks/number of incidents per month etc., comply with specified procedures and instructions in the risk minimization process; perform basic procedures to minimize risk (e.g. performs backups.
- Report potentially risky situations.
- Cooperate daily with vendors and the internal client.
- Support senior team members in risk analysis and documentation.
- Take actions on DRP processes.
- Describe invoices, be budget consciencious while making the technical decision.
- Monitor the situation - know the procedures in terms of incident/problem management.
